3D Floor Plan Software Now Available!
Creating floor plans with RTV for real estate or businesses is an easy and rather inexpensive approach to making your clients home or business stand out. The combination of a floor plan and a virtual tour gives viewers a real sense of place and perception. The perspective gives them the ability to see how rooms come together, allowing them to visualize themselves there.
This release of the RTV floor plans is phase one of what will be a two step process. Phase two is when our floor plans become fully integrated within our virtual tour viewer. Buyers will then have all the information they need about your property and business by looking at the virtual tour while they look at the plan and the panorama on their screen.
3D Walkthrough Technology EXPLODES!!!
RTV has launched new 3D Walkthrough services that appeal to ANY budget. Not only do we offer the Internets very BEST Custom 3D Walkthroughs, we also offer EXTREMELY affordable automated 3D Walkthroughs at very low rates. Currently our 3D Walkthrough Technology requires an Animator to hand draw and render the frames for our custom 3D Walkthroughs. These amazing presentations typically sell for several thousand dollars. Now with this release of our automated 3D Walkthrough technology every RTV dealer is able to offer similar services that are sure to impress!
The PanoRider™ Unveiled!
If you are a RTV virtual tour provider or a Realtor®, you are probably always looking for that edge over your competition. But you are only interested in marketing that works. The PanoRider provided by RTV is just such a marketing tool.
The PanoRider is a custom sign rider that hangs off your broker’s sign. It contains a unique web address for the property along with a full color panoramic photograph of the property. The web address is the same as the property address so it is easy to remember for prospective buyers and neighbors.

The web address on the PanoRider is for a property specific website for your listing. This website contains your full interactive virtual tour with enhanced listing features including these options:

Virtual Tour Hit Reporting 2.0!
RTV is proud to announce Virtual Tour Hit Reporting 2.0! These all new hit statistic reports will not only show where virtual tour views and leads are coming from but they also display which rooms and scenes from within the 360 tours are being viewed the most. This slick new reporting system works for all RTV virtual tour types in the RTV system and is made possible because of the layout of the new TMS.
Our virtual tour reporting system has been engineered to work specifically with our new virtual tour window and will only display traffic reports on virtual tours that are hosted by the RTV server facility.

PicturePath™ Real Estate Virtual Tour Distribution is one of the most important aspects of virtual tour production for real estate virtual tours. If you build a virtual tour, upload it to a server, and nobody ever sees the tour, what purpose would that tour serve? At RTV we understand that linking your real estate virtual tours is very important so we make sure that our virtual tour software and our virtual tour management system are able to port your real estate tours to the national real estate tour portal sites.
When you upload your real estate virtual tour to the RTV servers, automation and customization of your virtual tours are not the only things that take place. We send your real estate tours to as many of the national portal sites as possible as well as to MLS boards that participate with our feed program. RTV automatically sends your real estate tours to many portal sites free of charge such as Homes.com and Homeseekers.com.
And, because we are an approved PicturePath™ member with Move.com formerly Homestore Inc., the operator of Realtor.com, we are authorized to also feed our real estate virtual tours to the websites listed above and below free of charge as longs as the listing agent is a showcase member of Move.com/Realtor.com.
Move.com applies a charge for each real estate virtual tour sent from RTV to these sites if the Realtor is a non-showcase member. The fee is waived if the Realtor is a showcase member with Move.com. RTV is billed monthly by Move.com for all real estate virtual tours sent that are non showcase and in turn, we charge our clients (YOU) at the end of the month for every new real estate tour posted. So whether the listing agent is a showcase member or not we can still achieve very high levels of virtual tour distribution!
All companies that post real estate virtual tours to the Move.com network of sites are charged to do so. Virtual tour companies that are not an approved PicturePath member are unauthorized to send real estate virtual tours to the Move.com network of sites.
